Apartment Insel-Residenz 1 - stylish old town manor house on the island

This renovated 100sqm apartment in the 1st Floor, with a ceiling height of about 2,80m is a real gem. It is stylish and spacious and offers everything to spend a great and relaxing holiday.

The object is designed for 4 people. In each of the two bedrooms there is a double bed. The high quality and well equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a spacious shower, separate toilet and a large sink.

In the dining area, a large dining table offers ample space. The living room with a large coach, an additional comfortable armchair and the separate reading room round off the apartment skillfully.

Due to its special location in a side street of the pedestrian zone, you can reach bakeries, butchers as well as cafes, restaurants and also a supermarket in just a few steps. The harbor is just under 300m, to the nearest bathing place no 500m.

For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Altstadtleben von LIndau

Sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung mit interessanten Blickmöglichkeiten und mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Sehr sauber. Wer es morgens und am späteren Abend in der Sommerzeit ganz ruhig mag, ist aber hier nicht ganz richtig. Wer das Altstadtleben mit Restaurants, Kneipen, Geschäften in Umfallnähe mag, wird es genießen.

Eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Auf Grund der Einrichtung halte ich die Wohnung jedoch für Familien mit Kindern als eher ungeeignet. Bei dem Bäcker, der sich unten im Haus befindet kann man sich morgens Kaffee und frische Brötchen holen oder man kann direkt dort frühstücken. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, so dass man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Beste Lage, große Wohnung.

Gute und schnelle Kommunikation, große Räumlichkeiten und ideale Lage. Obwohl von Anderen als morgens als aufgrund von Bäckereilieferungen als laut beschrieben, ist dies in sechs Nächten niemandem von uns aufgefallen, leichte Schläfer eingeschlossen. Durchaus empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit vielen wunderschönen Designobjekten eingerichtet. Alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. Allerdings sollte noch eine Kaffeemaschine oder eine Kanne zum Aufbrühen von Kaffee angeschafft werden! Was uns allerdings sehr gestört hat, war die Lautstärke. Jeden morgen ab ca. 6:00 Uhr wurde die Bäckerei unten im Haus beliefert. Das war dermaßen laut, dass an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken war. Schade, denn sonst wären wir gerne wieder gekommen.

Großes Lob an die (gute) Fee vom See. Hat alles fantastisch geklappt. Gerne wieder. Das Apartement liegt super ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Morgens lärmt die Bäckerei kurz, denen sollte man leisere Rollen spendieren.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war gemütlich, und es war alles da, was man zu einem gelungenen Urlaub brauchte. Die Eigentümer haben eine Boutique im Erdgeschoss, sind immer ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und außerordentlich hilfsbereit, mehr als man es erwarten dürfte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und könne die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

We LOVED staying in this beautiful apartment!! So much space (2 living rooms! 2 bedrooms, big dining room & bathroom, generous kitchen) - high ceilings, lovely artwork, big sunny windows, and AMAZING location in the heart of the pedestrian section. The owners are so nice and helpful. There is some street noise at night (people outside dining, etc) but the heavy windows helped. I would absolutely recommend staying here -- we adored Lindau Insel - quaint and peaceful in late June/early July, what a marvelous place for a holiday.

Just a joy

This lovely, artsy place has a very comfortable feeling -- high ceilings, sunshine pouring in, loads of space (2 living rooms!). It's in the heart of the beautiful pedestrian village, shops and restaurants on your doorstep and a few minutes walk to the harbor. The owners (who run an antique store downstairs) are SO friendly and helpful. We just adored our stay, and would come again! Only 2 comments: because of it's convenient location, that can also mean that street noise (people dining, late night drinks) is an issue. Just be prepared, perhaps bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper! But the heavy windows do a good job of blocking sound. The other thing is, I think the owners could add a couple of fans to the apartment, for hot nights. It was totally fine when we were there, but a few weeks later on the hottest days, it would be brutal. In the end I would say, you would have a hard time finding a better rental apartment than this - it's fab!!

The apartment is spotlessly clean in a superb central location. It was lovely to wake up to the smell of bread cooking at the bakery downstairs. The managers and owners were quick to respond and very helpful.

WE were in the Bodensee area following a wedding we attended in Prague. I had been to Lindau a number of times before and find it to be a great location for days trips to local attractions in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The apartment/flat was everything advertised. Great location with bakery/coffee shop downstairs and short distance to many fine dining options. The parking was convenient with only a 10 minute walk to the lot. Lots of room in the flat and the cooking amenities gave us the option of dining in when desired. Overall we couldn't have been happier. There were only two of us there but, if you didn't mind sharing the one bathroom, the flat easily handles 4 or even 6 guests. All-in-all we rate this 5 star and will definitely stay there again next time in Bavaria.
