La Bergerie

Nestled within a sprawling estate of more than 2 hectares, this magnificent 180-square-meter sheepfold—complete with a hot tub—invites you into the heart of a breathtaking mountain landscape. With its 360-degree views, this property is the very embodiment of serenity and escape.

Spacious and elegantly furnished, the sheepfold can accommodate up to 8 people, offering plenty of room to create unforgettable memories.

Just a few minutes from Lake Estaing and various ski resorts.

On the ground floor, as soon as you enter, you’re welcomed into a warm, rustic space that exudes mountain charm, to your right is the master bedroom, tastefully furnished and equipped with a spacious, comfortable bed. A large window lets in natural light and offers a soothing view of the surrounding hills.

Across from the master bedroom, you’ll find a beautiful, spacious bathroom featuring natural stone tiles, a deep bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The space is elegantly finished with wood and stone, creating an atmosphere of complete relaxation.

A little further on, a separate half-bath ensures your comfort and privacy.

As you continue exploring the ground floor, you’ll discover a fully equipped kitchen, The large worktops and modern appliances make this space both functional and aesthetically pleasing, perfect for preparing delicious meals to share with your loved ones.

Right next to the kitchen is a very comfortable living room, featuring a fireplace that creates a warm and cosy atmosphere on winter evenings. Soft sofas and inviting armchairs surround a wooden coffee table, creating the perfect spot to relax and chat with your guests.

Upstairs, a wooden staircase leads to an additional sleeping area. There you’ll find two additional bedrooms, also tastefully decorated and offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

The “Bear” bedroom ”

you’re immediately greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A large bed adorned with a soft, fluffy comforter invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Next to the large bed is a small bed, perfect for a child or another guest.

The desk area is thoughtfully arranged near the window to take advantage of natural light.

The “Red” Room

Upon entering this spacious room, you are greeted by a sense of comfort and space. Two large beds adorned with plush comforters are arranged to offer maximum comfort to the room’s occupants.

In the corner of the bedroom is a single bed, providing an additional sleeping space if needed.

There is also a work area in the room, ideal for working or using your laptop.

A large window lets in natural light and offers a picturesque view of the surroundings, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

The bedroom features an en suite bathroom and a separate toilet, ensuring convenience and comfort for the room’s occupants.

Adjacent to the bedroom is a lounge, reading, or game room equipped with comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen TV. This space is perfect for entertainment or relaxation after a busy day exploring the region.
