Beautiful 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with a private courtyard nestled on the Margaritaville Resort property. Enjoy a world famous "Cheeseburger in Paradise" at the Margaritaville Restaurant. Enjoy a wide array of frosty beverages at the Land Shark Bar (restaurant bar) or maybe sit out and soak in the view at the poolside bar.
Don't forget to check out the Margaritaville "Six String Stage" with weekly live performances like Karaoke Tuesday Night, The Thursday night Reggae show & the amazing Carnival show on Sunday! Be sure to check the schedules for daytime music performances, poolside games and much more.
Looking for some peace and quiet? Pack a cooler and head down to the PRIVATE Pineapple pool (Not open to Margaritaville guests) and take a relaxing dip, get a tan to make the folks back home jealous or just take a nap to the soft island breeze.

Short Stay

We had a one night stay at Pineapple Village and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and location of the property. The room was clean and had everything you would need for a longer stay. We walked to Margaritaville for dinner and were lucky to be there to see a live Reggae band. This is a place you can enjoy a great vacation.

Pineapple Village

I love the location. Proximity to Margaritaville makes it easy to walk over and find a cab anytime or to go inside and ask questions. The grounds are very safe and secure and I enjoyed taking late night walks around the complex for exercise. The unit had everything I needed and was a very short walk to the pool. patio area was particularly nice.

This property is at margaritaville. Great location. Good communication with property management. Don’t listen to your gps to get there. Take the long way around. Over the mountain was crazy!

Horrible experience

The owner never sent check in instructions via email as promised. Attempts to contact him were futile. Called 8 times One time someone answered and said they were on their way to help us. An hour later , no show. So after a stressful day of travel we had no room and were in the dark in a strange place. I have never had such a horrible experience with VRBO. Do not trust this home owner. He has never apologized

David, once again im terriy sorry for the miscommunication. I been waiting to rwapond until i heard back from Vrbo. All guests recieve a welcome check in email 3 days prior to arrival. All of our guests prior and post have rec'd this email automatically. Vrbo and i have no explanation as to why you didnt receive the information. As for communication upon arrival i can only apologize as i was off island for a family situation. I have worked with Vrbo to have only my contact info available instead of the owners who is "hands off". When we spome on the phone that night i pffrred to assist finding you alternate lodging and wished you all the best on your trip in St. John. We fully refunded your stay (both nights) and you have my sincerest apologies once again.
