Beautiful holiday house in the country with terrace | Messenia, Peloponnese

At the southern tip of Messenia, just a few kilometers north of Koroni, lies the idyllic area of Aghia Triada, overlooking the eponymous sandy beach. Quiet and picturesque, nestled among cypress trees, dense olive groves, vineyards, colorful bougainvillea, and other Mediterranean plants, the well-maintained Orfanos estate sits on a plateau above the sea. On the shared, securely enclosed, and child-friendly natural property, there are four individual houses, Orfanos 1–4, arranged in a row with 10 to 20 meters between them. Each house is visually separated by green hedges and plants and has its own driveway. Vineyards between the houses create a harmonious, green environment.

Orfanos 4 is located at the front of the property, about 10 meters ahead of Orfanos 3, quietly and independently, with a beautiful sea view. It is on the elevated ground floor and accessible via approximately six steps. The bright, friendly interior with colorful accents highlights the house’s beautiful location and well-maintained furnishings.
The spacious living room with an integrated kitchenette leads directly to the bedroom and bathroom. From the living room, you can step out onto the large terrace facing the sea, offering breathtaking views over the vineyards, olive groves, surrounding landscape, the bay, the opposite Mani coast, and the deep blue sea. A second, smaller terrace in front of the kitchen is north-facing, making it ideal for breakfast.

On the lower ground floor of the house, due to the slope, is the Orfanos 5 apartment, newly furnished in 2026, with its own ground-level entrance.

The sandy beach of Aghia Triada is one of the most beautiful and almost romantic beaches in the region, providing the perfect setting for unforgettable holiday moments. About 700 meters away, a path with a few switchbacks and steps leads, after approximately 100 meters, directly to this stunning beach with turquoise waters.

The nearby picturesque town of Koroni, with its charming harbor, taverns, and cafés, offers a pleasant contrast to the quiet surroundings of Aghia Triada. The towns of Pylos and Methoni on the western side of Messenia also enchant visitors with their unique charm. Between Koroni and Pylos, numerous unspoiled sandy beaches stretch along the coast – perfect for tranquil days by the sea.
