Welcome to our brand new 75 m² house, fully equipped and air-conditioned, ideally located in Plouër-sur-Rance, just 1 km from the marina and the banks of the Rance. An ideal place for a stay with family or friends, between nature and the sea 🌿

🏡 The accommodation

On the ground floor, you will find:

- A bright and air-conditioned living room open to the kitchen
- A fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine, kettle, SodaStream, crockery and necessary equipment
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- A bathroom with toilet (hairdryer provided)

Upstairs - 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed and television, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for children. Some games are available. - Bathroom with toilet. Travel cot available on request. 🌳 Outside: Garden of approximately 300 m². Outdoor terrace (Garden furniture is installed from May). ➡️ The garden and landscaping are currently being developed. The house is nearing completion, having just been finished.
