The apartment has a living room with open kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower. - bedroom with double bed and wardrobe - living room with pull-out couch for two more persons - large furnished terrace - bathroom with shower and washing machine - fully equipped modern kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker and kitchen - Underfloor heating in all rooms of the apartment

To the apartment belong a lockable bicycle shed (subject to reservation) and a parking space. Not far from the apartment there are further free parking.
In addition to the apartment complex, there is a popular holiday park with a beer garden, in which the holidaymakers in the summer months, a. As well as the sports ground of the seaside resort Ückeritz.
 
On arrival, guests will be charged 45 € in cash at the end of the stay. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or can be provided for a fee directly from the guest supervisor.

The apartment Radtke is located on the ground floor, is located approx. 10 minutes on foot from the white sandy beach. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest, between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, not far from the Rehaklinik in the seaside resort Ückeritz. 43 m² large, comfortably furnished and for max. 4 people. TIP for the cold season or in bad weather: A swimming pool with sauna, solarium and fitness room is situated nearby.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, alles sauber und alles war da, was man täglich braucht. Das einzige negative waren die Kopfkissen. Es war kein schlafen darauf möglich, lauter Klumpen verteilt im Kissen.

Die Wohnung an sich ist toll,sie ist auch ganz hübsch eingerichtet. Uns persönlich war sie für 4 Personen zu klein und das Schlafsofa sehr unbequem für die Kids. Lage ist perfekt.

" Schön war's "

Lage war super - nur kurz 5 min. gehen ,schon ist man am Bahnhof,bei Edeka und am Haus des Gastes !!! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Was uns persönlich fehlte : - Sitzkissen/Auflagen für Sitzmöbel auf der Terasse - Anzahl der Teelöffel war sehr begrenzt - Platzdecken für die Mahlzeiten,wir hatten immer Mühe,dass wir den Wohnzimmertisch und den Tischläufer nicht ruinieren - Musik ? - konnten wir irgendwie nicht einstellen,fanden keine Möglichkeit,weder an der Anlage noch am Fernsehgerät Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit !!! MfG Frau Treder

Super Kurzurlaub auf der Sonneninsel

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. In den letzten zwei Jahren seid unseren letzten Aufenthalt sehr schön dekoriert. Jedoch sollte defektes Geschirr auch ersetzt werden und bei € 45 Endreinigung die Terrasenmöbel inkl. Grill auch gereinigt werden
