The apartment has a living room with open kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom and a shower room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The living room with pull-out sofa is suitable for the night of a person. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a wall heater to dry the towels.

The furnished terrace invites you to linger. The fully equipped modern kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and kitchen inventory provides ample opportunity for cooking. In all rooms underfloor heating is available.

The apartment includes a lockable bike shed and a parking space. Not far from the apartment there is further free parking. In addition to the apartment complex there is a popular holiday park with restaurants and the sports field from the seaside Ückeritz.

Upon arrival, the amount of one-off € 45 for final cleaning is due on site at the guest attendant. Bed linen and towels can be brought by yourself or optionally provided directly by the guest attendant for a fee.
