Charming studio located on the 5th floor of the Intrets 1 residence, in the heart of the Avoriaz resort.



- Entrance with independent WC

- Bathroom with bathtub, sink unit and mirror.

- Sleeping area with rapido sofa bed in 140 that can be closed using a curtain system.

- Corridor leading to a southwest-facing balcony opening onto the equipped kitchen with adjacent table/bar.

- Pleasant sofa allowing another double sleeping space for a total capacity of 4 people.

- Simple bench serving as an armchair, shelves with games available.



Ski locker in the residence.



You will have access to the apartment in its entirety



End-of-stay cleaning, sheets & towels as well as beds made upon arrival are included in the housekeeping and laundry package



We are present at the station and available at any time if needed



It is the heart of the Avoriaz station!!



All businesses, restaurants, and supermarkets at the foot of the residence.
