THE MAIN UPSTAIRS LEVEL IS NOT ACCESSIBLE THRU INSIDE STAIRS. YOU MUST GO OUTSIDE TO GET FROM THE DOWNSTAIRS TO THE MAIN UPSTAIRS LIVING AREA.

Check-in 4:00pm and Check-out 10:00am. There is NO early check-in available as this time is needed for our cleaners to prepare the house for your stay.

Also there in NO Late check-out options as our cleaners will need to prepare the house for the next guest.

NO check-in or check-outs on major holidays such as: (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas)

NO Pets allowed as the owners have severe allergies.

NO Smoking and if there is any smoke odor you will forfeit your deposit

Security Deposit is $500.00 and will be refunded 5 days after check out if no damage is done to the house and all house rules were followed.

Critter Notice: This is a home at the beach, therefore you will likely see bugs, or other ctriiers. We do our very best to maintain the property with regular pest control but due to surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, critter curiosity is inevitable! Please notify us personally if you have any trouble in this regard so we can address promptly.

*NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera, above the driveway facing outward. It does not look into interior spaces*

Long review but must read. Great Details!

These are some pointers I feel everyone should know. First of all, it is NOT five full baths. On the main level there is a master suite with a master bath and three additional bedrooms that share the other full bath. Then there is a separate basement that must be entered from the outside of the building which has two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is in the same room as the laundry room and does not have a door to it, only a curtain. It also has a bathroom off of this bedroom. The other basement bedroom is a regular room, but no bathroom attached to it. There is another full bathroom in the basement. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. The 5th Full Bath, as it was advertised when we reserved the place, is an outside shower to spray the sand off of you. There is no tub/shower, sink or toilet. It is enclosed with wood but the top and bottom of it is open. Kind of like a wild wild west shower! I had the master suite, and it was comfortable. The house was clean. The patio furniture is very uncomfortable. Had to use towels and pillows to sit on. The basement dryer takes forever to dry a load of towels but there is also one upstairs in the bedroom with the bunk beds. It works great. Hot and cold faucet in the upstairs bathroom is backwards. There is also a small leak under the sink. The outside grill takes a really long time so keep this in mind when you grill. The location is very peaceful. Just a reminder there is no pool on the property. You cannot see the beach from the house and the walk is more like ten minutes. There are a few nearby places to shop and eat. Make sure if you eat at the pizza place on the corner you order one less pizza than needed. The pizza's are enormous and good. There is also an Urgent Care that is right around the corner that you can actually walk to. Be sure and try out the Perfect Pig restaurant which was also in walking distance. We ate breakfast there twice. All in all it was a nice place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and very peaceful. The neighbors are very nice. In fact one of our vehicles broke down about 1/4 mile from the house and the neighbor was a mechanic and fixed it for us over the weekend. The only reason why I would not stay would be because of the outside basement entrance and we were told it had 5 FULL baths and there is only 4. I even explained to the manager that an outside wild wild west shower is not a full bath. Plus not having an outside pool.
