We are Bill & John two young entrepreneurs with family ties. We were both born in Athens and continue living in this fascinating city. We have both spent our early years in the tourism and hospitality industry assisting our family in its hotel and tour operator ventures. Bill holds a bachelor's in Hospitality Management & International Tourism and John holds a bachelor's in Marketing & Communication.

The terrace is where you’ll be lounging mostly during the day. Meanwhile, large sliding floor-to-ceiling doors beautifully connect the wrap-around verandas and the terrace to the indoor living area of Villa Philoxenia.

Among the four bedrooms is the gorgeous master suite, which has its own en suite bathroom with an 8 square-meter steam bath and shower. Guests will be pleasantly accommodated in the master bedroom as well as the double bedroom (both en-suite) all with polished wooden floors throughout. Another bedroom with a twin bed ideal for younger guests and a pull-over bed with sharing a bathroom with shower and bathtub could be perfect to accommodate staff.

Lagonisi in Attica is less than 25 minutes drive from Athens airport and 40 minutes drive from the center of Athens and the Acropolis.

Inside the luxurious 250-square meter villa, a contemporary and minimalist design accentuates the sheer amount of space within while large windows allow you to thoroughly enjoy relaxing indoors or outdoors. The spacious living areas include a sleek white kitchen with an island and a 94 square-meter open-plan living and dining area.

If you are able to wake up early enough, the sunrises from this terrace are absolutely breathtaking. The layout of the home means it is well suited to families or groups of friends alike.
