We have been VRBO hosts for last 8 years -- with 14 “5-star exceptional” reviews (See VRBO listing 991932) and are now listing a second property in East Hampton area.

Located on ~1 acre South of the Highway with sprawling grassed backyard and pristine landscaping this 5 bedroom/ 7 bath (plus additional sleeping room) quintessential "hamptons" home is perfect for your summer vacation.

Situated on a quiet street off Route 27 in Wainscott we are conveniently located walking distance from Beach Lane (a favorite ocean beach) as well as Goldberg's Bagels, Levain Bakery, Barry's Bootcamp, and the Hampton's Jitney stop. Approximately 5 minutes from both Bridgehampton and East Hampton you have the best of the Hamptons at your fingertips at this no detail missing estate.

The property offers an oversized Gunite saltwater heated pool, large off kitchen outdoor deck, chaise lounges, umbrellas, built in outdoor propane grill/refrigerator, hammock, outdoor fire-pit, gazebo, outdoor cedar shower, central A/C and a fully screened in indoor/outdoor room with fan, and two car garage.

There are 5 above grade bedrooms (3 located on the main level and 2 located in their own guest wing) and the lower level also accommodates additional guests with a dedicated entrance, full size bed, full bath, and its own washer and dryer.

The lower level is also equipped as a full recreational space including playroom, pool table, television, Clearlight infrared sauna, and glass enclosed gym which peloton, and gym equipment.
