This is a well-maintained lovely home (all on one level) with a heated pool and beautiful landscaping. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet and a short walk (about 0.5 miles) to the beach. John was an excellent host. He responded immediately to questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and other activities in the area.

Winter Beach Getaway

John's house was the perfect spot for a winter getaway. We walked to the beach, made fires in the evening and cooked a great New Year's Eve dinner for friends. And it was five minutes from Buckskill so my kids went ice skating everyday. John was a great host.

Relaxing stay I’m sagaponack

Very nice home all on one level! Great pool area and convenient to the beach. Owner was always available and responsive to questions. Overall wonderful property.

Great vacation spot in Sagaponack

Beautiful landscaped garden and pool. We enjoyed the basketball court, the grill and the short walk to the beach. Wonderful host, and we hope to come back soon!

Oasis by the Ocean

I have enjoyed spending time at this spot for many years...the backyard is spectacular! Large lawn with gardens, a relaxing hammock and of course a beautiful pool...walk to the ocean (if you want to leave the yard!)..a special spot
