Perfect for our trip to Six Flags

The property was exactly what we needed for our short trip. It was very comfortable and we loved having the bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the condo.The location was great with really good restaurants nearby. We took Uber to Six Flags two separate days and it was very convenient and quick.

Vacation made easy.

Start to finish, Angie(property owner) made everything easy. She was available for any questions I had prior to renting, during our stay and right up to the end. Most of our communication was thru text, but she was always pleasant and helpful. The home was clean and organized, fit our family of 4 very comfortably. Located in a quiet neighborhood, with everything you need reasonably close.

Spacious 2 bedroom near Six Flags Magic Mountain

Cancelled a 1br/1ba hotel suite & paid just a little more for this 2br/2ba unit. I’m glad I did. Being there were 4 of us, the extra room to spread out and the additional bathroom was well worth it. Spacious, affordable, clean and near Magic Mountain as well as shopping. Host had excellent and timely communication and was very helpful and informative making for a wonderful 1st experience booking a VRBO. Would book again if we come back. Aloha!

Great condo for a short family trip

We didn't stay very long, but this was a great place for us while we were in SC visiting family. Nessa was amazing communicating with us the whole time regarding location and check in. She was super available for anything we needed. I contacted her at 9pm the day we left as I thought we'd maybe left my sons special blanket behind expecting she'd check the next day. She went over to the house within 15 minutes. Searched the house walkway and parking area for us! It turned up at my in-laws house, but I was super impressed she made the effort. Everything was simple and efficient.

The location is great, our issue was the bathroom with the Tub had to fill from the shower head cause no lever to change to tub faucet. Second bathroom had a broken shower head holder so had to hold shower head while showering. The cleaning fee was not used on the cleaning aspect. I am not bashing this rental but for the money it was below standard, we have used a lot of VRBO and others and this is our only negative we have posted. Good place but needs cleaning and upgrades.

Condo is professionally cleaned for each guest. Guest left trash, food out, towels in the shower, causing fruit flies and mildew. Had to pay extra to my cleaners for the guests leaving the condo in a disgusting condition. This is a condo, sharing the water heater for the building. Guest had 4 adults plus children showering at the same time - this would deplete hot water supply for a short period of time. Overall, very unpleasant experience.

Very Dirty!

This property is very old and ran down. The condo was filthy inside, holes in the kitchen wall, trim falling apart, filthy walls, kicked in door frame so bedroom door wouldn’t shut. The shower is old and filthy looking, with mold around the outside edge. The carpets so dirty that we didn’t even want to walk with bare feet. The bedding, blankets and towels were old and didn’t feel or look clean. Lipstick on glasses in the cupboard. We could not get out of there fast enough!! I could go on and on but my point is it was not a clean or nice place. It just felt sketchy from the time we got there. We were told at check in if anyone asked why we were there to tell them we were visiting our cousins!! Why would we need to do that? I’m thinking they legally aren’t supposed to be using it as a vacation rental. Parking was terrible so if you have a nice vehicle I’d definitely consider staying someplace else. The one and only positive thing I can say is, the location was nice for going to Six Flags. If we could have gotten our money back and found someplace else to stay we would have. This trip to CA was a gift for both my daughters birthday and summer vacation. It was not very enjoyable having to stay at such a dirty place. Even my kids wanted out of there! Bummed we spent that much money and couldn’t even relax or feel good in this place!

I’m sorry you felt this way, I wish you would of texted or called with any of these concerns. Also, my co-host misunderstood the HOA policy regarding visitors. The carpets are only a year old. Blankets and towels were bought within the last few months. there is absolutely no mold anywhere in the condo. Everything is thoroughly cleaned. Also, you left all of your shopping bags full of trash, and there was excessive amounts of hair on the floors as well as the shower/bathtub. I’m sorry you had a bad experience but the things you’re saying on here are simply not true.

Clean and comfortable stay

In town for an extended family get together we were looking for a place that would be comfortable for 6 adults. This place worked out well. Having two bathrooms was really helpful and though I was skeptical about how comfortable the couch would be for two adults, they were happy with it. The host who checked us in, was very friendly and accessible, answered texts in a timely manner. We would probably stay here again.
