This beautifully furnished 2 BR + 2 bath condo is located in the prime location of the Santa Clarita Valley (in Valencia). Sparkling clean & completely furnished down to the last detail. High ceilings, fireplace, washer & dryer in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your culinary needs and has newer stainless steel appliances & Bosch dishwasher. Enjoy morning coffee on the large 28 ft pool view patio with table & umbrella overlooking the pool area. In the winter, warm your toes next to the cozy fireplace.

The Town Center mall and over 15 popular restaurants & movie theater are a short walk from the condo. Starbucks & Whole Foods market are located across the street. The city of Valencia is a master planned community and was once rated the 6th safest city in the nation. Valencia is known for it's beautiful tree-lined streets & paseos with over 25 miles of biking/walking paths. You'll appreciate our award winning landscaping & three resort-like pool areas in the complex plus lighted tennis courts. There's a large grassy park close by and the YMCA is just a 5 minute walk.

The price includes utilities: Live Roku TV (w/ Apple TV, Paramount +, NetFlix & Prime), gas, water, 500MB high-speed internet & up to $175 month toward electricity. Since this is a "mid-term" rental property (60 night min) not a vacation rental per se, a CREDIT CHECK & signed monthly rental agreement are required. Good credit score is required. One month stay may be accepted. Please message me with your dates PRIOR to putting in a booking request and I will let you know.

Cleaning fee is based on length of stay and number of occupants. Cleaning fee is $195-275 and is paid when you DEPART. You may request quote prior to booking. Minimum stay is 60 days (shorter stay may be accepted please message me). Please message me if you have ANY questions.

PLEASE NOTE: We only rent this property in consecutive order. Please look at the calendar and notice the date when the current guest is departing (or message me and ask). Your reservation needs to begin close to the date of the next opening on the calendar. Unlike vacation rentals (this is a corporate rental) we do not accept reservations months in advance or for next year (those dates will appear blocked on the calendar even though they are open). I suggest messaging me the dates you want and I will get right back with you concerning availability (instead of putting in a BOOKING request since it may be declined).
