Newly built guest house with full kitchen and washer/dryer
This newly build guest house is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. The kitchen has an oven stovetop and it includes all cook wear to help prepare your favorite dishes. The washer and dryer is conveniently tucked away by the kitchen and a iron and ironing board is also included. The bathroom shower has a unique design with a large shower head that gives the feeling of rain when you bathe. Both rooms have a soft queen bed with extra blankets and pillows. The living room has a small work space and a comfy couch that turns into a full bed. Each room has an individual air conditioning unit that allows everyone to set their desired temperature. The guest house is detached from the main house and has a private entrance though the side. Conveniently located to the 118 and 23 freeway and just a few minutes from LA county. Plenty of great places to eat/ shop and just a few minutes from the Ronald Reagan Library.

I'm sure you will run into my dad working on his yard grooming his fruit trees (feel free to pick anything that is ripe). My mom has worked hard to make this house a home for our family and now she has added a guest house to extend the home to visitors. I am grateful to be able to assist my family in providing a comforting place for guests to call home.
