Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Forced-air heating. On the lower ground floor: (spiral staircase), 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Terrace 10 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. The hosts were great, the house was spotless on arrival and we were given great tips on possible excursions (do the boat trip!). They are very kind, and respond immediately. You are completely private, no intrusion from neighbors. The house looks exactly like the pictures, and the bedrooms are downstairs. In addition, the pool is an extension of the house (beautifully made), but therefore can not be closed. It is necessary to have a car for shopping but also to make trips.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und wie Neu. Der Pool und die Lage des Hauses dazu waren der Hammer. Wer seine Ruhe will für den ist es das Richtige. Mit dem Auto kommt man in 15 Minuten zur nächste großen Ortschaft. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und sehr nett...Es war ein Toller Urlaub!!

Absolut Empfehlenswert

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Haus so genossen 🤗. Das Haus war sehr saube. und hat uns mit seinem Charm verzaubert. Der Pool ist das Tüpfelchen auf dem i, dass unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht hat. Die Vermieter sind super Nett und begrüßten uns mit einem kleinen Wilkommensglässchen. Sie waren sehr aufmerksam und sehr um uns bemüht. Wir konnten uns immer an sie wenden und bei Bedarf wurde sofort geholfen. Vielen lieben dank dafür 😊💐. Dieses Häuschen können wir devinitiv weiter empfehlen und haben es auf unsere Favoriten Liste gesetzt für den nächsten Urlaub in Kroatien

Das Haus liegt abseits vom Trubel mit schöner Aussicht auf die Burg Drivenik. Es ist sehr gepflegt und der Poolbereich ist herrlich! Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett und kümmern sich rührend um Haus und Gäste. Neben vielen tollen Tipps für Einkauf und Unternehmungen erwartete uns direkt bei Ankunft ein herzlicher Empfang mit Leckereien für die ganze Familie. Das Haus wie der Pool waren sehr sauber. Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in der Villa Matija und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Very nice Holiday-Home near Crikvenica

We were very warmly welcomed by Iva & Marijan with lots of goodies. The house ist very well equipped - nothing was missing and we enjoyed our holiday there very much.

Perfecte locatie voor een vakantie. Het huis ligt op een helling, paar honderd meter van de weg en heeft door zijn ligging volledige privacy. Afstand tot Crikvenica ca 15 minuten. In het dorpje is een mini supermarkt voor de boodschappen. Het huis is erg nieuw en schoon en werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is verwarmd en geweldig. Ein mit Herzblut errichtetes und bestens ausgestattetes Objekt der Erholung und Entspannung. In den vielen Jahren der Nutzung von privaten Ferienhäusern in verschiedenen Ländern Europas selten so überaus freundliche Gastgeber kennengelernt, die uns mit einem opulenten Abendessen empfingen. Man widmete sich täglich in den frühen Morgenstunden der Pflege des Pools und des Grundstücks ohne dass man als Gast sich gestört fühlte. Alles super! Nochmals vielen Dank an E. und M. für alles!
