Modern and beautifully decorated, this a comfortable property, perfect for a pleasant stay on the French Riviera, with your partner or with your friends.

(Young children: note the presence of a staircase inside the accommodation).



The apartment consists of a bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a nice living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom (shower) with separate toilet.



The accommodation is air-conditioned and quiet (the windows overlook a courtyard). Please note the absence of a lift to access the accommodation located on the second floor.



Ideally located, you will find shops (supermarket, bakery...) and restaurants right in front of the building. Public transport (bus and train station) is accessible within a 10-minute walk.



Our friends the animals are welcome (subject to respecting the accommodation). The Casino dog beach is located a few minutes' walk away.
