About this property

Lovely, private, ground-floor condominium (no steps) with two lanais overlooking the ocean and the beautiful Hawaiian Scared Land of Prince Kuhio park in the Prince-Kuhio condo #115. Tastefully furnished with lovely furniture, granite kitchen and bathroom, with gab bars, 2 flat screen TV's and fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Beautiful tropical gardens surrounding private pool and barbecue. This condo with comfortable king bed only sleeps two. It does have new split system air conditioning, but usually the trade winds will keep you very comfortable without using the new AC.. There are ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom.

Kauai's best snorkeling about 100 feet from the condominium. Enjoy the gorgeous Kauai sunsets from the famous Beach House Restaurant just up the street.

We encourage all our guests to consider taking out trip insurance for travel and accomodations, because our cancellation policy is strict.

As of Oct. 1, 2021, Kauai has added a 3% tax to the TAT tax bringing the total tax from 14.96% to 17.96%.

very comfortable, neat and clean. location is good for poipu. bring lots of money as prices in the area have really went up since last visit. have to pay to visit any sites and reservations are needed to visit north shore hiking. investigate thoroughly. need reservations to eat at any local restaurant.

The condo was very clean, and has a very comfortable feel. The chickens can be a little loud, but we got used to them. Lawai Beach across the road was great snorkeling and the sunsets from The Beach House lawn are amazing.

Quiet and relaxing

Loved my stay. It was very comfortable and private. Amazing location, walking distance to everything that I needed. Memorable solo unwind trip - it was very quiet despite being during Xmas holiday.
