PARKING INFORMATION: Guests are not to park in the driveway. Just before the driveway on the right hand side there is a parking stall for the guests. There is a small sign that says Royal Palm and there is a storm drain directly in front of you when parked. Please do not park on the grass.

Fantastic rental in Poipu

We really loved the rental property. It was a lovely place to stay while we were visiting Kauai. Would love to have had a washer and dryer, but otherwise the place was perfect.

Amazing stay in Poipu

This property was very quiet, well provisioned, and a perfect place to stay a couple of days. The neighborhood is quiet to walk in, there are several restaurants nearby that you can walk to, and the beach is not far away. They even had Hawaiin snacks available when I arrived. I would stay here again! It is a lovely property!

I’ve been coming to Kawaii 4/ 20 years and just love it. The location of the property was great, in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with lots of windows and a nice cross breeze.

Perfect for Two

We loved staying here so much, it was perfect for just the two of us. It had everything we needed, it was *clean*, it was quiet at night, was in a safe neighborhood (neighbors all waved too!). The location was perfect; close to shopping, beaches and great food! The only thing we missed was being able to do laundry, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. We absolutely would consider staying here again.

Great condo for two people. Awesome kitchen to cook in, TVs with Chromecast and appleTV, and very comfortable bed. Only downside was that there wasn’t a washer and dryer to use.

We enjoyed our time in the rental. We were gone most of the day and it was a great place to put our feet up and relax in the evening. We appreciated the gas stove and oven to cook our evening meals on. The neighborhood is very quiet at night and in a great location! The air condition was greatly appreciated being from a dry climate.

Great spot but communication with manager challenging for our request for dry towels

Loved this spot. Great location and nicely appointed. Only issue: We needed dry towels as over the course of the week (Monsoon type rain) nothing would dry and there is no washer/dryer on site. I was disappointed that the said promised towels did not arrive ...despite friendly messages saying they would.

Perfect remote working home

We stayed at this property for a month, and were pleased with the amenities provided as well as the location. Just a few minutes drive to a few lovely beaches, and a nice, quiet neighborhood for a walk or run. The kitchen and living area were perfect for the two of us, and were just enough space to work, eat, and relax. We especially enjoyed meals on the balcony! We had a few issues with the power going out—it was difficult to contact the rental agency as they did not answer on the weekends, but when we did finally reach them they were able to send out someone quickly. We also had issues with the smoke alarm going off almost every time we cooked—hopefully that can be remedied for the next guests. Overall, this apartment was perfect for our stay and we would highly recommend it!

We booked on short notice and Joshua, the property manager was so helpful in coordinating our stay and communicating key information to us before our arrival. The studio (Ohana House) was detached and private from the main owners home and quite big for a studio. It was exceptionally clean with nice furnishings and a great open layout with a kitchen equipped with great appliances. Thanks for the welcome treats and the basics for cooking a meal. We appreciated it. The bedroom has a very comfy king bed as well as a TV and air conditioning when needed. The breezes keep the place cool. We were delighted with this property and its gorgeous surroundings. We hope to stay again!

Kauai Family Vacation 2020

We loved the location! The studio was beautiful, clean, and spacious. When we reached out to the property manager about only having one wine glass and no bottle opener, we received a quick response and someone came and dropped off four new glasses and an opener. You can open all the windows and the most beautiful breeze will flow throughout the studio. Loved how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt and it is so close to Poipu beach, shops, and restaurants. Perfect place to stay! We can't wait to come back someday!
