Beautiful Oceanfront at Ocean Vista Towers 202

2 BD/2BA, full kitchen on the 2nd floor with OCEAN VIEWS from inside as well as the balcony & Master! Master has a king, private bathroom & ocean views. 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. 42" flat screen HD TV in living area & Master Bedroom. WIFI available. Bathroom towels & bed linens provided. Outdoor pool & hot tub are featured at this beachfront property, Kids playground, tennis/basketball courts. Secured Gated access. Two dogs up to a MAXIMUM of 25 pounds with a non-refundable $100 PET CLEANING FEE EACH. Note: No Spring Break Groups allowed by the Association of the Complex.

Second floor with easy access to the beach and the pool. Fully equipped with the essentials to make your vacation a total success!

The entire condo is available only for you and your family!! The common areas, as pool, tennis courts, parking lot and playground are shared with owners and other guests.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.

The owners of Ocean Vista Towers #202 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. One space inside the gate and another outside in front of the building. Golf Vehicles must park outside of the gate. Vehicles need to be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

4. Pets ~ We welcome small dogs in our property. The cleaning fee is non-refundable $100/per dog cleaning. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the south side of the building or in the trash chute located on the same floor of the condo (south side). Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

9. Absolutely, no hanging of garments or towels to dry on the balcony railings.

10. The green umbrellas you see at the beach are privately owned. Please do not seat on any of them.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings only are refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of your choice of Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

Relaxing Balcony with Fabulous Oceanfront View
Well-appointed Condo, great location, and a 2nd floor Balcony that offers an endless ocean view. Easy access to multiple pools/spa and short walk to the pristine Beach. Convenient on-site parking and handy 2nd floor access via elevator/steps. Several markets and a wide variety of restaurants and fast-food purveyors are nearby. This location is just perfect. Very nice accommodations throughout the Condo, and excellent/comfortable bedding in both bedrooms. Roomy, well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary conveniences and washer/dryer in the Condo.

The unit was perfect for our month long stay. We had guests for several nights, so the second bedroom came in handy. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils, pots and pans necessary. Keurig coffee maker was great. Washer and Dryer came in handy so we did not go home with a pile of dirty clothes. Second story patio was a plus for viewing and relaxing either in the morning or at night with an adult beverage. We liked the unit so much we are booked for next year. Thanks Rod and Rosa for making our stay an enjoyable one!!

FEELS LIKE A DREAM!!!
From the moment you walk in you can feel the island vibe. Everything is special about this place. The atmosphere is amazing. You get there and it smells good, the view is so beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and smell so good, the towels smells so good, the only bad part is when you have to leave home. Oh my goodness, im looking foward to go back soon. The check in so simple, wireless key code, don't have to worry about losing a key. It has everything washer and dryer, dishwasher, keurig coffee maker with coffee, boogie boards, chairs. It's just perfect 100% recommended. Can't wait to go back

Beautiful View from 202 Ocean Vista
A beautiful Condo with excellent view of beach and ocean. Well appointed accommodations making for a very comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the spacious balcony and taking in the scenery. Excellent location on Gulf Blvd. with easy access to shopping and dining.

The city of South Padre Island has many activities for all age groups. We wanted to be a part of this wonderful vacation spot where there’s deep sea and bay fishing, dolphin watch tours, and many other water activities. There are dozens of fantastic restaurants to choose from and nothing compares to the seafood of the Gulf of Mexico! Watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay are a special treat! There’s always something to do here, no matter what time of the year. We hope you’ll come choose to stay in our relaxing “Little piece of South Padre Island”, down in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas!
