This pleasant cottage with pool is located in the unspoiled nature and far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the noise of the city. It is located on a 7,800 m2 plot, where there is an orchard, the fruits of which are at your disposal. Refresh yourself in the pool in front of the house or relax by grilling and sitting together on the beautiful covered terrace. The last 200 m to the house is a gravel road. The historic town of Trogir offers a variety of sights and entertainment for young and old. A beautiful pebble beach can be found 2.1 km from the vacation home.

BIEN SITUE POUR LES VISITES

Très bon accueil de Héléna, Nous avions 2 bouteilles de vin et 2 bouteilles d'eau en guise de bienvenue. La maison est confortable et bien équipée. Le salon est très lumineux, l'espace cuisine/salle à manger un peu sombre. L'espace repas extérieur est agréable et abrité. Le plus : 2 WC! L'extérieur est très bien aménagé avec un barbecue, un espace salon, la piscine, le jacuzzi et les chaises longues. Il y a de la vigne, des figuiers, des grenadiers, des oliviers, des plantes grasses etc...C'est un espace vraiment très agréable. Il y a un centre commercial à proximité avec un supermarché. Comme la maison n'est qu'à 10 minutes de l'aéroport, on entend un peu les avions selon le vent mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de l'espace extérieur.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage, etwa nur 2 min zum Meer und 5 min bis Trogir. Wunderschöne Strände in der Nähe und Split auch nur eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Wer also absolute Ruhe und Entspannung sucht und dennoch schnell in der Stadt und am Strand sein will, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und der Pool ist einfach traumhaft! Die Vermieter sind super gastfreundlich und diskret und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Das war ein absolut gelungener und entspannter Urlaub!
