Nice work in progress

It was a great location for our needs. Cute tiny loft with newer furniture. The reason for the 3 stars is it could have been cleaner. Not bad but could have been better. No kitchen towels and not enough bath towels. Very secure, gated entry.

Unit was not cleaned upon check in at 4PM as promised. Still not fully ready upon use at 11:00PM with no full set of sheets on the bed. Unit below had a certain type of smoke wafting from vents below that was nauseating. Very, very disappointed in our stay. Would never rent again.

Property manager didn’t give me the unit number or the correct PIN code for the door. Thankfully his nice assistant helped us. There was half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom as well as ONLY 1 towel. The floor was filthy & there were many stains on the sofas. This was far from the “luxury loft” that was advertised.

The place only had one window air conditioner and the rest of apartment was hot..found a live roach in kitchen drawer while trying to find TV remote that wouldn’t work. I also found strands of long blonde hair in the bed. The place said it was a patio but it was just the porch leading to the property. I wouldn’t recommend!

Clean, but not Peaceful

The location was convenient and the unit was clean, but the downstairs neighbors were extremely loud with questionable behavior outside of the property. We knew the area was not ideal, but it would have been fine if the other occupants in the building were respectful to the guests staying there.

Needs to be deep cleaned and could use some fixing up. Looks like an unprofessional cheaply done flip. Highway was loud, area is sketchy, dripping faucet, non working tv, plastic closet doors. Overall not very “luxury”

If you just want a roof over your head and a bed, this place will work. It’ll provide much more compared to a hotel room. HOWEVER, if you’re like me and ante expecting a luxury loft, this isn’t your place, as it’s neither luxurious nor is it a loft. It was clean, but the building is old. You can tell they’ve tried to make it nice, but it’s still old. It’s NOT quiet, the view from the bedroom front window is the highway, so you hear all the traffic—all day and night. It’s in a very seedy looking location. I’m thinking this is why there is a “no refund, no exceptions” rule. I think that many have come expecting a luxury loft and have asked to be refunded because they want to stay somewhere else. Again, it was clean and a decent apartment and the communication was excellent. My questions were answered right away. If you’re looking for luxury, look elsewhere.
