The Reservoir Retreat provides a unique experience for all! This 3 bedroom/2 bath is 1 lot away from the public landing, close to Tommys Trading Post and the Pearl River WMA, and on the canal leading to the Reservoir. This cabin provides a large living space with lots of seating room, a large kitchen and table for gatherings of any size, and a screen porch for outdoor activities! We look forward to hosting you at the Reservoir Retreat and providing the utmost comfort for you and your group!

Great Stay

We needed a place to stay for the weekend during alligator season. Charles was great hands off host with good communications. The property was in a safe and secure area of Jackson with nearby stores. Property was in great shape, clean, and well stocked. We would highly recommend this property and host. Hope to stay again next year. We give an overall rating of 5 stars.

Stayed here for work

We and our 4 employees stayed here for a month, for a work project. Charles was attentive to our every need. The house was very clean and homey, with plenty of towels and sheets. The neighborhood was safe with friendly neighbors and we didn't worry about our work trucks or anything we left outside. The guys enjoyed the back yard, getting a hook wet in the inlet and the crawfish holes were a hoot! We would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

This property has tons to offer during all times of the year! We are close to Tommys Trading Post where many fishing tournaments are held and close to the Pearl River WMA which has great duck hunting. We chose this property because it is on the water and right next to the public landing so you can let your boat in at your convenience.
