The upper level features an open layout with a large great room with cathedral ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, a master bedroom and a custom rock shower with views of Fish Bay. The lower level, accessed by exterior stairs, has a master bedroom with a king bed and a mini-kitchen. Both bedrooms have individual split system air-conditioning units and open onto decks with views of Fish Bay.
San Costanzo is next door to its sister property, Brezza di Mare. For larger groups, renting 2 bedroom/2.5 bathrooms Brezza di Mare with 2 bedroom/2 bathroom San Costanzo gives guests the flexibility of privacy and time together.

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-2 occupancy. Each additional guest above 2 is charged a per person per nights fee.
