Beautiful Villa and quiet location but still convenient. The check in process was great as Kristen met us and took us to the house. She answered all our questions and was extremely pleasant and patient. The Villa was as advertised and was awesome.

Great house! Owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful. The owner checked in to see if everything was ok while we were there. Two suggestions. Higher wattage lightbulbs would be helpful and the mattresses are showing a bit of fatigue. The outdoor spaces were fantastic! We had a great week and would highly recommend the villa!

Everything was amazing! The views, the amenities, the location, was everything we could have wanted it to be. A very minor thing was the kitchen/living room area would get really warm due to only AC in the bedrooms. This was understandable and not a huge deal since we were not home for most of the day, everyday.

Phenomenal

Nothing but good things to say about this property, the owners, and the managers. We’ve been to St. John four times and this was our favorite place to stay. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Just came back from Balance Villa. We absolutely loved the place. The house is beautiful, with great views. Great quiet location but not too far from Cruz Bay. Would recommend 100%!

Wonderful stay in Fish Bay

The villa was a comfortable stay for the 3 of us. The space was super clean and cozy. The outdoor showers off the master suites were beautiful and I will definitely miss showering in that space every day! The swimming pool was the perfect way to end our day on beautiful St. John.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at Balance villa with another couple and had a wonderful stay. The villa is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. The check in process was simple and when we had a couple minor issues we called the management company and the issues were fixed immediately. I would highly recommend Balance Villa!

Great place!

Our stay was wonderful! The views were amazing. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. We made great use of the blender and the grill. The pool definitely got used too. Mixed reviews from our group on the comfortableness of the beds, but overall I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Holiday Getaway

We stayed for a week just before Christmas. The property is absolutely beautiful, in a quiet area only 10-15 minutes from the main town of Cruz Bay. The outdoor patio/pool and grill area has stunning views and a great setup for relaxing around the house. Check-in was very easy with Kiera meeting us at our rental car pickup right next to the ferry and leading the way to the property. This was not our first time visiting St. John but has been the favorite place we have stayed and I would absolutely recommend it.

Perfect!

We have traveled to St. John many times and have stayed many places. I have to say that since my island friends moved state-side, Balance Villa is by far the best place we've stayed. Super clean, well equipped, great location, and just beautiful. We especially loved the outdoor space, pool and outdoor showers. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need! We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Anniversary Trip

We were married on St. John and come to stay every year for our anniversary. This was our first time in Fish Bay and at this house and we loved it. The house was wonderful, clean and well appointed. Our greeter did a great job showing us around. The view was amazing and the outdoor showers were wonderful! The washer had an error code and they came right out to fix it. The communication was great and we'd for sure stay again.
