Recently renovated, this spotless second-floor villa offers new furniture throughout, fresh paint, three flat-screen televisions, a fully-equipped white kitchen, full-sized new stainless appliances, a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and no carpet (mostly LVP with some tile). The soaring ceiling increases the feeling of spaciousness, and the many windows bring in tons of natural sunlight. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own bath on the main level, while the loft bedroom has two twin beds and its own bath. The queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations. The great room offers a dining table for four, and the kitchen has counter seating for three. The loft is equipped with shutters on the overlook to the living room for safety. From the deck, which can be accessed from both the great room and primary bedroom, enjoy the serene view of the 15th fairway of the George Fazio Golf Course. Relax with friends and/or family in the comfortable patio furniture or drink your coffee at the outdoor bistro table.

Just steps from the villa is the private St. Andrews Common pool and clubhouse. As you swim or recline in the lounge chairs, enjoy peaceful lagoon and golf course views. St. Andrews Common is a well-maintained community within Palmetto Dunes with beautiful trees and lush landscaping.
