Sleeps 10 people. Fireplace, large deck, charcoal grill, gas grill and screened in porch add to this fourth row location. (Truly) Less than two minutes to the beach, this home is a great value for one large or two small families. Downstairs has a king in the master, a queen in the guest bedroom, two baths, a kitchen, and a living area. Upstairs has a king in the master, a guest bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a living area with sofa, kitchen, dining area and a full bath. 4 TVs, DVD. Large Flat screen TV's with HD package in the living room and the Master bedroom.This property also offers washer/dryer on each level. Pet friendly home (a non-refundable pet fee). Free high speed wireless internet access. Heat-able pool & Jacuzzi for additional fee. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When checking out, make sure all dirty dishes are washed or in the dishwasher and you run it before departing.
Trash is to be emptied, bagged & put in trash bins outside/white fence area. ONE- HHI recycling bin and 2 trash cans. Trash service will come in the fenced area & get it on Wednesdays & Saturdays.
