Thank you for sharing this positive feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the space, cleanliness, and amenities, and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us.
Clean and comfortable. Great location within Palmetto Dunes. We traveled with our dogs and had nice trails and green spaces to walk them. Recommend this property but would warn the bathtub is very slippery so be careful.
Great location to beach, tennis and golf courses. TVs in everyone room was a plus and the bedrooms and living room were open and spacious. Kitchen and bathroom slightly dated and patio could use a little work. Overall a great space.
The villa was clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of towels. I am very appreciative they accept dogs. Whoever stayed previously allowed their dog to relieve themselves on the curtain and a pillow. We smelled it when sitting in the family area. I washed the curtains and the pillow. Much better. That is my is my only suggestion... Couch and curtains also need to be cleaned before new guests.

HHI our favorite vacation place
Overall the property was fine, it appears to be undergoing a renovation. Pools are difficult to find and not well maintained. Management was difficult to communicate with. Anytime in Hilton Head is wonderful.

Vacation
The condo itself was nice. Beds were good, sofa was comfy and the dining table was nice. The kitchen had most everything we needed to cook a meal. There is a need of a bedside table and lamp in the kids room. The courtyard area was a little sad. Needed a little sprucing up. Overall our stay was good as we are regulars on the island.

Nice getaway
The Condo is large, beds comfortable & we had a relaxing week. The bathroom is badly in need of updating, as well as the patio area. Floors weren't clean & there were no door mats/rugs to keep from bringing dirt/sand into the unit. Thanks
This property is a little dated (pictures were taken quite some time ago), but they are definitely honest about what you are getting. There is a pool close by and the beach is only a short distance away. We wish there had been some furniture on the back patio for hanging out, but it didn't affect our stay. The only negatives, we did not feel the lights were bright enough for evening reading (all light fixtures were dim), and the toaster was very temperamental LOL. Overall my family enjoyed our stay there and would consider it again.

property 763 grant
property needs major updates; was very surprised how limited or missing staple items are--only 1 roll of toilet paper, no tissues, no trial size shampoos, single tiny bar of soap like a cheap motel; the outside patio area could also use some landscaping; the location is good; would not recommend property to anyone in current state

763 Queens Grant - NO
Property was not properly equipped. Property was dark. The tiny yard area was not inviting. Exterior of the dwelling was rotten. Sheets and towels were worn. Kitchen and bathrooms were original to the build.
Needed a vacuum for cleaning sand from floors. Swept up hair from previous dogs on first day.
Location is a bike ride to the beach.
Overall, the condo served my purpose well. I wanted a fenced in terrace for my dog. The back terrace was not in great shape, but was perfect for the dog.
Negatives: The kitchen and bathroom both need updating. It has the original appliances, countertops and cabinets which are in need of repair. The shower fan and garbage disposal are both very loud!!
Positives: There's an amazing Keurig machine in the kitchen. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need for cooking or baking. Nice quality dishes and baking dishes.
The beds and furniture were great. The big screen TV's (one in the main and one in each bedroom) were awesome. The vinyl hardwood is easy to clean. There are extra blankets and towels, beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids.
We have stayed in Queens Grant many times (love Palmetto Dunes) and this unit was adequate for our 3 week visit in February. Upon arrival, door code didn't work so we had to go back to V-Trips building because no one answered the phone. Quickly resolved by staff, but didn't make for a welcome arrival. Hot water smelled like bad fish so we made another trip to V-Trips office. Staff was very friendly and helpful; they called the maintenance person and he stated work had been done on water main and to run hot water until it ran out; thankfully, it worked. We travel with our 2 small Pomeranian dogs so while the back enclosed "yard" area was very convenient as we didn't have to leash them every time we let them out, it was not as pleasant as the views we've enjoyed with previous units. The area around this unit is very congested so there was very little privacy. The unit's updated flooring, living area and bedrooms were appreciated but the kitchen and bath could use updating. If you like to watch television, you'll love the 3 huge TVs. We also appreciated the Keurig coffee maker which had individual and large pot functions. Very limited "starter" supplies but this is stated in listing and the Dollar Tree is nearby for essentials. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Everything was great except for tvs programming. There was no live football games(sports) or no golf channels on Hilton head(a golfing island). Great large TV's in all rooms
Very nice but there was no grill as stated in description. Bedrooms need overhead lighting. One bedroom only had one lamp on chest of drawers. Otherwise, very nicely decorated.

Not very clean
The floors were filthy. We all kept our shoes on all of time. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. There was mold on the shower curtains. The windows were so filthy you couldn't see outside. The bottom of the pool was very dirty also. It looked like there had been a leak in the unit above the main bathroom and the ceiling looked as though it needed repair. That was not the big deal though. It was just very unclean.
