Welcome to the stunning and unique 'Palmeras' Beach House! Be prepared to enjoy the peaceful ambiance that Vilano Beach has to offer coupled with complete privacy and confort in our spacious 2 unit retreat with a large private backyard :).

Enjoy beautiful Vilano beach which is a mere 6 min walk away or head to the river pier across the street to enjoy an amazing sunset. You also have delicious restaurants and Publix Supermarket within a 2 min walk. Downtown Saint Augustine is a 5min drive.

- The space is perfect for big families, or if you are traveling with friends and other families/couples, having two different units in the same house makes the property ideal for coziness and privacy

- Huge fenced-in backyard perfect for kids and pets, newly installed outdoor game set and fire pit!

- Volleyball/badminton net and comfortable rocking lounge chair for sun bathing, reading or just chilling (along fam of Seahawks who live in trees)

- The house is great for working travelers! We offer two separate working spaces for our guests and one includes adjustable height desk and monitor

- Wagon, beach chairs, cooler and more items will be available for you, to make your beach days more comfortable and fun

- Rainy day, not to worry, we have a shuffleboard table, board games and two comfortable and Spacious living rooms w/ 65 and 75 in TVs (this one has cinema style reclining sofa)

Perfect fit for our family

Mother in law came to visit with some accessibility issues. House was a great setup for multiple adults w/w/o kids... backyard peaceful with plenty of shade or sun whichever you prefer. Cannot beat location for access to beach/food/grocery store etc. We are local residents and definitely recommend this rental for what it shows it to be.

Communication with owners

There were a few problems- however, the owners responded quickly and fixed the issues. There were negatives: old hot tub dumped in the bushes in the back yard, backyard fence had several holes - so we couldn’t let our small dog out by herself, & the front yard bed needed to be cleaned up.

House was just fine for casual beach holiday. The towels seemed a little dirty and the neighborhood isnt the best but it did the job!
