NEW Luxurious Beach House w/Pool & Spa! Built with the family/group in mind but is also the perfect romantic getaway for a couple. The 3rd level boasts 2 master suites w/in suite baths and the main master offers a large balcony w/views of the ocean. The 2nd level offers the main living spaces (great room/kitchen/dining) along w/2 BR's, 1.5 BA's, laundry room & spacious balcony w/ lounge/dining furniture. The 1st level has a 2nd living, 5th BR & full bath as well as mini kitchen w/fridge.

The very best beach house you can ask for

We absolutely loved staying at this house. There were 11 of us total and the house had rooms and beds for everyone plus some! If you have babies, it had everything you need, including baby gates, high chair, and pack n plays. 10/10 will absolutely stay again.

Just Beachy was perfect!

This house did not disappoint. There was lots of room for multiple families, gorgeous backyard and pool, plenty of beach toys we could borrow, and easy walk to the beach. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Even though you can drive on the beach at lower tides, we still felt that it was safe for the kids. It was a holiday weekend but it never seemed overcrowded. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great house

This house has everything. It’s beautiful situated just a short walk to the beach and the views are unreal! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had an amazing weekend getaway here!

Now that my husband, Matt, and I have kids, we wanted to create the same memories and experiences we loved growing up. The beach has always been our family's "happy place" and we would love to share our beach home with you and your family so that you can relax, play and enjoy the ocean breezes, calming waves and fun activities that St. Augustine offers.
