The entire upper level of this home is a gem and only one block away from the private beach walking towards the beach on Palencia St, so you will have no delay in getting your fill of sandy toes and crashing waves. Inside this delightful home, you'll find a modern, well-equipped kitchen with loads of countertop prep space, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a coffee bar. Dine together or play some board games at the adjacent dining table for eight, and then relax in the living area while you stream your favorite shows or movies on the smart flatscreen TV (don't forget your account info for your favorite streaming services).
