Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (wood-burning stove), lounge, shower room with WC. Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom (2 single beds 0.90m wide that can be joined together), 1 attic bedroom (1 double bed 1.80m wide that can be separated into 2 single beds), WC. Electric heating not included. Firewood provided. Beds made up and towels provided. Two bicycles available for use. Fishing possible in the owners' pond located nearby. "La Maison de Raymond" is a beautiful, charming house nestled in the lush greenery of the Perche region. Ideally located for a relaxing getaway, you'll have the opportunity to visit the Commanderie d'Arville (2 km), the Château de Montmarin in Sargé-sur-Braye (10 km), the leisure park and Château de Montigny in Cloyes-sur-le-Loir (17 km), the Foulon caves, the Fine Arts Museum and the Château in Châteaudun (25 km), and the Abbey of the Trinity in Vendôme (35 km). You'll feel right at home in this tastefully and subtly decorated cottage, which retains its old-world charm, creating a truly restful atmosphere. Children will love the outdoor space with its swing, playhouse, and kitchen set!
