Prime location, open layout was great for visiting and cooking. Weather was the only drawback. Golf carts were total hit of the trip!

Never disappoints

We love Baytowne and Laurel Grove. Golf courses are a couple minutes away and with the pool it keeps us coming back.

Lovely stay in Laurel Grove

This was a great property that looked just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable for our family and I love the fact that it comes with two golf carts. Laurel Grove is a very cute neighborhood and a short golf cart ride to lots of restaurants, tennis and pickleball courts, shopping, and a beautiful beach. We would stay here again!

Laurel Grove

We enjoyed our stay and the house was nice and had everything we needed. The location is great. The only thing we would change is the golf carts are very old and could use updating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time to rent in Laurel Grove and did not disappoint. The rental had all of the essentials to cook at home. The covered rear porch was a stones throw from The Raven Hole #3. We may or may not have done some late evening chipping and putting. Having two carts was essential as we had some teenagers with us. All said, it’s a great place and we enjoyed our week.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home in a good location, golf carts were handy but the house was smaller than we expected and not well stocked like other vacation homes. The homes did have bugs.

Should've stayed anywhere else

I don't even have enough characters to tell all the bad. The good: Great neighborhood. Golf carts were awesome. Grill was great. Plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen. The Bad: No heat or ac for 3 days. Froze the first two nights. Sweated the next night. Finally fixed on day 4. Dryer was fried, had fried electrical wiring. Breaker had to be turned off on washer and dryer. Other electrical issues in the house, plugs in master bedroom and living room only the bottom plug worked top plugs were dead. Cable didn't work anywhere. Box is plugged into the top plug behind entertainment center. Luckily Internet worked and someone was signed in to yttv. Back door only half opened and had to squeeze by handrail. No utensils to clean grill. Slow response and no care from property manager. It was a miserable experience with no attempt to make things right what do ever. They asked for my review and said they would call me but didn't. Stay elsewhere. Not this property.
