Good economical space

Very noisy neighbor. Only Luke warm water in the shower. Only suggestion for the owner is too add some blackout curtains to the bedroom windows. The security lights of the neighbors left the room very bright

misrepresented on VRBO website

This property is an attempt to update what appears to be project housing. The cosmetics are very poor. The smell is extremely musty. (we bought candles, and air fresheners just to make it through two nights there) There is a purple light in the back that is on all night. No curtains to block this light. The air conditioner is located in the wall in the bedroom and sounds like a jet engine. Extremely loud. The kitchen smells of old grease cooking. This is very strong and I would not cook here. The light in the living room had a bulb out and the bulb must have broken while being removed. the wires were hanging down. The lamp in the living room did not work. The bathroom was not clean (floor, rugs and baseboards). The yard was not cut nor the shrubs maintained properly. The owner is trying but this was not accurately represented on the VRBO website. I would strongly suggest removing rentals from this owner immediately from VRBO. There are many, many improvements to be done before this properly lives up to our prior experience and expectations from VRBO. Thank you, Alison Culley 615-943-1518

Couldn't get over the odor

Very clean and cute place as pictured however we could not get over the musty smell. Debated on buying air fresheners, but opted to find a hotel instead.

Overall good experience

The check in process was smooth and I got quick communication when I messaged. Parking was available off street and right in front of the property. This was a quiet apartment which was exactly what we wanted and we had the creature comforts we needed. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the AC unit is a wall unit that didn’t evenly cool the apartment so it was a bit too hot for us while sleeping.
