The integrated kitchenette is functionally equipped – including a refrigerator, freezer compartment, kettle, and a 2-plate stove. SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating provide additional comfort. From the living area, you can directly access the covered balcony with seating – perfect for breakfast or winding down at the end of the day.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Towels and bed linen are provided. A baby bed can be provided upon request. A communal washing machine is also available - its use is possible for a fee.



The outdoor area of the house offers guests a communally usable pool with sun loungers, a garden terrace, and an outdoor shower. A barbecue option is also available by arrangement. The private parking space is located directly at the house.
