The Sea View Apartment is an 80m2 apartment with a wonderful view to the sea and the lush garden.
The open plan living /kitchen area is beautifully,simply decorated, has a fireplace,air conditioning,dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped.The bedrooms are large with King size beds or 2 single beds depending on the guests.In the bathroom there are luxurious toiletries.

Cars usually park on the main road of the area as the small road that leads to Stavento Apartments ,a few meters away,leads to Makry Gialou. There are steps to access the beach. Customers can use some private sunbeds by management.

Not value for money.

Great location for the beach and local amenities. Great views. But, the apartment is totally worn out and needs renovating. The cooker is rusty, the bathroom sink unit is cracked. The outside chairs are broken and dangerous to sit on. Overall not good.
