Enjoy the magnificent Huntsville valley year-round in this new, modern home on the lake at Pineview Reservoir. The beautiful entry on the main level opens to the great room with gas fireplace and TV, large gourmet kitchen, and massive quartz island with seating for 11. The main level great room and kitchen have extra large sliding windows and a huge deck for an incredible setting overlooking the water and towering mountains.
All furnishings are upscale, modern, comfortable, and a mix of leather, wood, marble, and boucle fabrics.
Dual master bedrooms upstairs (King and CalKing), each with its own ensuite bathroom, also have sliding glass doors and walkout decks overlooking the lake. You will appreciate the privacy on the three-level deck where no one is behind you, only the mountains perched on the shores. The third bedroom upstairs has two sets of bunk beds (with trundle beds) with sleeping for 6 and an ensuite bathroom.
The basement offers two additional bedrooms (Cal King and Queen beds), full bath, a full kitchen and great room with gas fireplace, TV and patio. Kitchen seating downstairs overlooks the lake as well.
With large windows in every room, imagine watching your family jet ski while you make dinner! This modern home also has a drinking fountain, mudroom, laundry, and attached garage. Extra insulated floors and walls keep this cozy retreat serene and peaceful. Apx 3600 sq feet.
There is nothing like this in Utah, you will love it.

We stayed at a beautiful home in Huntsville right on the lake. The views from the deck were absolutely stunning—perfect for morning coffee or winding down at sunset. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook for a group. The whole setting was peaceful and picturesque, tucked away in a location that felt like a true getaway.

Fantastic Family Spring Break

We brought our family of 6 to stay for spring break near some friends who live in Huntsville. It was likely our best ski vacation ever. Comfortable and convenient and yet also private and quiet as opposed to the big traditional resorts. Already looking forward to doing it again in the future!

Nice house with a beautiful lake view

The house itself was great. The view of the lake and mountains was very nice. We received a welcome gift which was also quite nice. I would return to this property. My only drawback was that during the evening, the bugs were crazy so make sure all the windows and doors are closed before dusk!

Fabulous stay

You really can’t do better than this place. Amazing location and beautiful condo. I came out to ski with 8 friends and we all had a wonderful time. Excellent access to both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. We were happy to come home after our ski days! Melissa was a terrific host. Always available and very helpful with our questions. This place is phenomenal. We got there at night so I didn't realize the amazing view of mountains and lake until the morning. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need. The perfect gathering place for a large family or group of friends. Hot tub is awesome too. We stayed in winter and we'll definitely be staying again! Any season would be a dream staying at this place. It's huge!

Gorgeous Winter Refuge

The pictures don't really do the home and view justice. The two upstairs master suites each have private views across the pineview reservoir and two the mountains. It is such a peaceful and beautiful setting. Access to Snow Basin was a fast 15 minute drive, the world class terrain and resort was perfect for our group with varied skill levels. Home had all we needed to cook meals for our family group and I enjoyed using the covered bbq as well. Beds were comfy (I asked all the folks in our group - as this is a big deal for me :) and the home has a modern design with a warm / cozy feel. Melissa was super responsive, helpful and easy to work with. She will make sure you have all you need for your stay. Can't recommend this home more highly!

Great lake house!!!

Our family had a great time at this lake house! It is modern, clean, well equipped and well stocked. The A/C worked great and during our time it was needed! The furniture was comfortable with the exception of the steel-framed chairs in the upstairs living room. All the beds were clean and comfortable. Rugs in the bedrooms were a bit bunched and could have been a trip hazard. The manager, Melissa, was wonderful and extremely responsive. The view of the lake was magnificent! The house is very close to the boat launch ramps which we used each day. The balcony and deck really need furniture, however we don’t recommend sitting out after dark due to swarms of bugs. There are great restaurants and a grocery store within a 10 to 15 minute drive. The standard 2-car was large enough on one side for a full-size truck. Our whole family enjoyed the stay!
