The cottage is located in beautiful surroundings, close to the city and not far from the beach and forest.



Only 100 m from the house is a child-friendly fun pool with fantastic wellness area. In the fun band you will find a cafe and a restaurant. If you prefer to be by yourself, you can use the sauna and whirlpool in the vacation home.



The terrace of the house offers a patio heater, which you can use on cool days and evenings. In the immediate vicinity there are large green areas with a playground, boules and beach volleyball court and much more. There is also a marina with its own boat ramp. The cottage is located in Gråsten not far from the castle and is a central starting point for many experiences. From here you can quickly reach Aabenraa, Sønderborg and Flensburg, which are all interesting cities with good shopping facilities.



The nature is unique, in the surrounding area you can take the most wonderful walks and bike rides all year round. Here you can relax and at the same time be close to everything. In Flensburg Fjord anglers will find ideal conditions and at the marina there is a place to clean caught fish. At the reception you can rent a boat (small dinghy with motor). Golf lovers have not far to Benniksgaard Golfcenter, an exciting golf course located in a historishcne and protected nature area in Rinkenæs on the Flensburg Fjord.



At the bathing water grows reeds, but there is a bathing jetty leading into the water.
