One of the main draws of this home away from home is the spacious lawn leading to a small body of water. The small covered patio offers a nice spot to enjoy your meals alfresco at the outdoor dining area for six.

The interior of this air-conditioned home is made up of a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The open kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The island adds three spots to the adjoining dining table for six. Fall down in the comfortable sectional and stream everyone's favorite movie on the Smart TV with cable.

This air-conditioned retreat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hall.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
