Stylish comfort penthouse for up to four people with a huge terrace and fantastic sea views. Located in the beautiful gardens of San Juan de Capistrano, above the center of Nerja and in a 3-minute drive to the well-known, beautiful Burrianastrand.
Complete equipment with air conditioning, 2x German flat screen TV and free unlimited wlan flatrate directly in the apartment. Very well equipped kitchen, plenty of window areas and brightness in the apartment. Large south-facing sun terrace with barbecue. An apartment all around to feel good.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Das Allerbeste ist der Meerblick. Aber auch der Rest: Blitzsaubere moderne Wohnung mit sehr großer schöner Terrasse. Modern eingerichtet, extrem gut ausgestattet, hell. Gute Betten, alles frisch und appetitlich. Anlage malerisch, Pool groß, gepflegt und nicht übervoll. 2 gute Restaurants. Burrianastrand ist nett, aber etwas zu voll. Tipp von uns: raus nach Torrox, Küstenstraße, Strände kurz vor Ortseingang dort, 10 Autominuten höchstens. Einfach zu parken, langer Strand, nicht so bevölkert, sehr klares Wasser, ein paar Strandrestaurants. Wir haben so einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und werden hierher jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Und besonders gerne in diese Ferienwohnung.

Herrliche Ort zum Relaxen

Hier ist man richtig wenn man den totalen Urlaub möchte. Große Terrasse, Superblick, perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienanlage ist wunderschön und malerisch. Viele Palmen und Blumen, tausend Spazierwege. Nichts für Feierwütige aber das sollte generell auch für Nerja gelten - da gibt es zwar gefühlte tausend tolle Restaurants und Tapasbars aber Discotheken haben wir nur eine oder zwei kleine gesehen. Die Strände der Ecke haben uns beeindruckt. Wirklich schön. Wir kommen wieder und bedanken uns für den wunderbaren Urlaub.

Sorry, we understand german but writing is easier in english. This is a really wonderful place. Nerja is great and San Juan Capistrano is a dream. The apartment is the best we could rent. Clean, best views ever and so modern and sunny. We love it and will be back next year. See yo!

Traumterrasse

Also es ist nicht nur die große Terrasse ein Traum. Auch die Wohnung. Aber die Terrasse muss man unbedingt extra nennen. Riesig groß und ein traumhafter Ausblick. Sehr viele Terrassenmöbel und die muss man nicht mal wegräumen um Fußball zu spielen :-) Ich würde sagen, die nächsten Jahre wird es immer wieder diese Wohnung werden. Innen sauber und modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Und der absolute Hit, wenn man auf die Terrasse kommt. Nerja ist übrigens ein sehr schöner Ort mit sehr netten Stränden und die Altstadt ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Ferienanlage und Pool San Juan Capistrano auch, wir waren rundum begeistert und zufrieden. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Das ist die beste Ferienwohnung

Wir waren schon in 3 der 8 Ferienwohnungen dieser Vermieter. Alle superschön und immer modern und sauber und und und. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Aber Capuccino 60 ist für uns die allerschönste. Unser Favorit hat eine sehr große Terrasse mit superschönem Blick. Sie liegt direkt an den Hügeln darüber wo nichts mehr kommt ausse Natur. Ein Traum. Können wir nur empfehlen!

Die Beste aller Ferienwohnungen

Wir sind begeistert und haben bereits fürs nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Eine innen normal große Ferienwohnung, sehr gut geeignet für 2 Personen, geht sicherlich auch mal für 2 Wochen für 4 Personen. Aber draußen! Eine absolut gigantische Terrasse. Wir hatten einen Tag etwas Regen und konnten trotzdem draußen essen, weil über der Pergola ein fast unsichtbares Glas schwebt. Der Meerblick ist traumhaft und die Ausstattung auf der Terrasse einfach super. Drinnen auch. Sehr modern und hell, gute Betten, Bettdecken wie zu Hause, alles sehr sauber (also wirklich s e h r)... Internet sehr schnell (laut Nachbarn ist es sogar Glasfaser) und kostenlos, wir konnten sogar mit unserem Sky to go Filme schauen. Die Poolanlage ist groß, schön und auch das spanische Restaurant ist zu empfehlen. Mit dieser Wohnung Capuchinos 60 in dieser Ferienanlage kann man einfach nichts falsch machen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.
