No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed indoors. You may smoke outside on the patio, but please close the doors.
Please do not use the bathroom sink to dispose of any food, there is a trash can on the patio that can be used to dump food.

Great stay!

This was just the perfect spot for our family for our visit to Universal Studios. Close to the theme park, close to Bob Hope Airport! All of the touches provided by the host were very much appreciated - from the snacks and breakfast items available to the binder full of recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it to others! Thanks for making our stay a great one!

Spring break getaway

This place is as advertised!!!! Cozy nohouse had everything needed for an inexpensive stay in Burbank close to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely book again without hesitation. The host was upfront about everything and it went so well we never had to contact them. Great place. Thanks for the stay.

Cute and clean

We loved staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed. Literally. We are from this area so we really didn’t need much help finding restaurants, etc. The house was clean, had extra blankets and heaters for the cold nights, a little fridge. The cutest part was the little welcome snack tray which my kids devoured right away. Will definitely stay here again given the chance.

Thoroughly clean and cute

We didnt need to contact the hostess. Her thoughtfulness was on display. There was no stray dog hairs or dust bunnies. The place was very clean. There were many amenities like dog bags and treats, ear plugs and other assundries that one many have forgotten during packing. Our large 1500 truck fit within the gate and was not visible from the alley, which was a pleasant bonus.
