Beautiful pond view, comfortable and spacious ( 1st floor ). Let this be your gateway for family and friends vacation in the Grand Strand.

*3 bedrooms 2 baths.

*Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minutes from the beach and all main attractions.

* Fully stocked kitchen with all basics, sleeps 8.



The Space:

*Comfortable and specious condo, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths.

* 1 king bed, 2 queen beds , 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room.

*kitchen fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

* washer/dryer in the condo.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are provided.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Spacious spot near the action

This condo has 3 beds and 2 baths and comfortably housed my spouse and I, our two kids, and my in laws for a 3 night stay. The neighborhood was very nice, was easy to find, and was pretty close to all of the Myrtle Beach attractions. The property looks exactly like it is pictured.

When you reached out after check-in, I confirmed that it was free, open Wi-Fi as mentioned. Regarding the balcony, I appreciate you bringing up the cleanliness. Since you did not mention any issues with it during your stay, I wasn’t aware of the condition. Had I known, I would have gladly sent the cleaning service back to ensure it was comfortable for you.

Beautiful Place

This was our first visit at MyrtleWood, we have been coming to MB for 20yrs and usually stay more north. We loved this condo. It was very clean and well kept. The view from the porch was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. We had a group of 7 and had plenty of room. The beach is only a short drive and easy to access. It is also very close to Broadway at the beach. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return.

This was our first time in Myrtle beach but will not be our last. We were in town for baseball @ the Ripken experience with our boys. Great location (10 minutes from baseball) close to boardwalk on the beach as well as many other restaurants and attractions. Emily was great with communication and easy to work with. Property was as described in the description and we were pleased with our overall experience. Would definitely recommend.

Cleanliness of room

A couple of problems 1. Counter top in kitchen not cleaned 2. Batteries in TV controls were dead 3. Windows on sliding doors dirty
