L'Eucalyptus - SAINT LAURENT DU BOIS

Located in the small village of Saint Laurent du Bois, in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards, the L'Eucalyptus cottage welcomes you for your stay in a pleasant and peaceful setting. The cottage, adjoining the owners' home, has independent access. Guests enjoy a furnished terrace with garden furniture, a plancha grill, and a private swimming pool; from the latter, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the vineyard and surrounding hillsides. The cottage consists of a ground floor living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge, television, and a toilet. Upstairs, there is an open-plan mezzanine bedroom equipped with a 160x200cm bed, storage, and an open bathroom. The heated swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 1st; its dimensions are 2.40m x 4m (depth 1.40m). The cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Sheets, table linens, towels, heating, and air conditioning are included in the price. Cleaning supplies, a washing machine, and additional kitchen equipment are available in an outdoor area adjacent to the terrace. Gas for cooking (if the hob uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, electricity, and heating. Bed linens and towels provided.
