It comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 750 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 28 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: with king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160x200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A 10x5m swimming pool (private and unheated), equipped with roller shutter and gate. Open from April to early October.
- A lovely 750 m² private enclosed garden, facing north, east, south and west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
