Christmas in the Smokies

Awesome property with easy access to everything. Perfect location, great parking, very safe and less than a block from police station. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. Thanks

Great condo!

We loved this property - perfect for my husband and me. Decor was very tasteful and comfortable, everything we needed. The king size bed had the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. Location was good, near some nice restaurants, convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed it so much!

Football Weekend

Used this adorable property as our home base for a Tennessee football weekend & it was perfect! Easy commute to & from Neyland. Property is so cute with lots of thoughtful touches. My only suggestion would be to add a deadbolt to the front door. We felt totally safe, but that would be a nice layer of extra security.

Lovely condo. Great location.

Lovely, spacious condo. My only caveat would be that while there is a large walk-in closet in the bedroom, there is zero drawer space for underwear, t-shirts, shorts, etc. No dresser or chest of drawers for non-hanging clothes at all. We pretty much just had to live out of our suitcases for those items, which is mostly what we brought.

Lovely Industrial Chic Property

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our recent stay. The unit was super clean…pristine. Upon arrival, I loved the walk up which has locking doors for two locations for added security. Though, the area is super safe and located just down from the police station. The unit itself has the most adorable views from the floor to ceiling living room windows. We tremendously enjoyed the summer evening sunsets and cute strung lights on Court Street below at nighttime. My husband and our two kiddos (10 yrs and 16 yrs) also enjoyed the unit. Although only one bedroom, it was very spacious and never felt “crowded”. The bathroom was extremely large and, quite possibly, the highlight of this property for our 16 y/o daughter. We spent multiple evenings sitting at the large island counter which comfortably sat all 4 of us for family games and eating. We also spent time lounging in the living room and watching a movie together. I intentionally selected small so we could spend time together and slow our pace down while on vacation without all being in separate wings. This unit was absolutely perfect! The decor was absolutely gorgeous and well appointed. The hosts clearly put much thought and care into the details. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed. As was the bathroom. In fact, they even had a small fan in the laundry room which we used for white noise in the living room where our kiddos slept. We also LOVED our daily trip to Honeybee Coffee! We’ll def be back again!
