Work is in progress in the stairwell which may cause noise pollution.

It comprises a bright living room with sofa and armchairs, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and a separate toilet. Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival.

The accommodation is made up as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a wine cellar
- Dining room with large dining table for up to six people
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: double bed with en-suite shower room and toilet
- Three toilets in total, two of which are separate

For even greater comfort, the flat combines classic elegance and quality furnishings, with herringbone parquet flooring, restored mouldings and a period fireplace, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.

The flat is ideally located on Rue de Grenelle, close to the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides and the Musée d'Orsay, as well as numerous boutiques, cafés and gourmet restaurants. The area offers an elegant and prestigious setting for making the most of Paris.

To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
