Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Florida Family Vacation

I leased this property for a Family Vacation in July 2022.... The house was defiantly as the pictures showed plenty of space for a large Family...This house was equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware and pots for cooking...I would recommend a few larger bowls for food storage, A few of the televisions did not work, I notified management, but no one came to assist with getting them up and running and the bedroom with 3-beds did not have a television in it.. This house had zero decoration no pictures, no decor at all Also, there was not a game room however there were a few games available for Family entertainment...With the cost of this house to lease a few decorations and a game room would make this property an excellent place to stay and get the television up and running.....I would definitely recommend this property and give it 3-stars.......The pool was maintained, and very clean my Family really enjoyed the pool........The beds were all very comfortable......all this house needs is the living room furniture cleaned and some decoration to be a home away from home when vacationing ..
