On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a stunning fully equipped open-plan kitchen flowing into a spacious, light-filled living area. The living room opens seamlessly onto a beautifully landscaped garden, featuring an outdoor dining area, a children’s play area, a plancha for convivial moments, and a magnificent built-in swimming pool — a true invitation to relax.

Accessible via an external staircase, the upper level offers three additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a very large elegant terrace. This space includes a lounge area with an open kitchen, perfect for enjoying exclusive and relaxing moments under the sun.

The villa also includes one private parking space, along with free parking available directly in front of the property for added convenience.

Guest Access:

The check-in is done through a personal key handover upon your arrival, allowing us to welcome you properly and answer any questions you may have.

You will have full access to the entire villa for the duration of your stay.
