This home is perfect for guests who are seeking an authentic historic home experience. In the home's renovation we have preserved as many original features as possible. These historic features (such as original woodwork, windows, sinks and toilets, kitchen cabinetry) show their age and beauty in the form of patina. Our design approach is to be sensitive to the homes past and embrace its authentic historic features. We do not rip everything out and create a modern day home inside. Yet we have many modern amenities in the home, such as Central Air Conditioning, WIFI and Roku TV.

We had a great time in Hannibal. Accommodations were incredible. Plenty of room for us all and real close to downtown. Very quaint home, comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located and well appointed Victorian house. The fenced-in backyard was shaded and offered a great place for our dogs and us to relax a bit outdoors. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Our adult daughter enjoyed walking to the pubs and main streets of town, so the location was great, and we felt very safe in this historical town.
We didn't spend much time in this lovely historic home. The time we did spend was cozy and comfortable. The home, even in it's advanced age, is well maintained. Good WiFi, kitchen appliances and laundry all worked flawless. Communication with the property owner was timely and accurate. Overall a wonderful experience and we would certainly stay here again.
