The Kapalua Bay Villas 16 acre property is host to 141 condos in 27 buildings all built to flow along the natural contour of the Kapalua coast. Due to the rugged coastline which harbors numerous protected bays, beaches and small peninsulas Kapalua in Hawaiian translates loosely to, "arms embracing the sea". Rows of majestic New Caldonia or Cook Pine trees line the expansive lush green landscape of Kapalua Maui from the sloping hillside down to the shore. Close by you will find DT Fleming Beach, Honolua Bay, which is Maui's #1 snorkel destination, as well as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay and Oneloa Bay, all within in walking distance. Notice: Please be aware that Kapalua Bay Villas will be resurfacing the three community pools in spring 2026 ( Mar 2 - May 22). Each pool will be closed during its scheduled dates below.

Pool Closure Dates:
• Pool B: March 2 to March 27, 2026
• Pool C: March 30 to April 24, 2026
• Pool A: April 27 to May 22, 2026

GUEST NOTICE: The Plantation Course is open for play. The Bay Course is currently closed. This update was recently announced by Alex Nakajima, General Manager of Kapalua Golf.

You can enjoy world-class play at the Plantation Course and nearby at Ka'anapali Golf Courses or across the many courses on island.

The Tennis and Pickleball Courts at The Bay Villas have been resurfaced, to include new nets and fencing. The Courts will be available to Guests and Owners of the Bay Villas only. The hours the courts are available for play will be from 8 AM to Dusk, seven days per week.

No Mail Allowed: We are unable to receive USPS mail, including letters and packages at this rental. For medical-related items, please contact our Reservations Team for assistance.

Minimum age of primary renter: 25

We provide the following in every unit:

-Starter Kit: Starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags

*We don't provide beach umbrellas, toys, or gears, such as snorkeling, due to safety, health, and hygiene risks.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants' stay.
